Won't save the role price in the edit products page

When I add a role to have a special price like wholesale price, I can see the option in the products page for editing. But the problem is that when I enter the price for the wholesale user the price appears to not save. When I go to the product logged in as the wholesaler it still displays the price for the regular user. When I go back to the edit products page the special price that I entered for the wholesale role is not there... like it did not save? it's just blank. I really would like to use this module, but I am not a very bright Drupal user yet, so if there is a fix please provide a detailed path on how to repair. Thank you in advance!
