I am unable to enable the module because I have no "Content" module. CCK module is installed.

Same here. Couldn't enable Codeless Discounts Field and Product Price Alterer Field modules for the Content module is missing. But can't find this "content" module on drupal.org...

Try to change dependencies[] = content to dependencies[] = cck
in files:
codeless_discounts_field/codeless_discounts_field.info
product_price_alterer_field/product_price_alterer_field.info
