Prevent access to cart pages for users without permission [#1101026]

The module currently just hides the add to cart buttons. Users without permission can still go to the cart and checkout pages if they know the URLs.

This patch prevents this which should keep said users, search engines and bots out too.

Any chance this could be committed? I just downloaded the last update and this patch was not included.

I have been using it on a live site for over a year now without issue.
