Coupon works for one payment method (Paypal) but not another (2CO)

Hello,

I have implemented ubercart with two payment options: Paypal and 2Checkout. Everything seems to be working...

But today I have found a bug - I have discount coupons, and a simple one that removes $100 from the order total for academic customers.

I have tested this - and it works well as I see the coupon and the order sub-total is indeed $100 less. If I check out with Paypal it works fine, but if I check out in 2Checkout the amount is still the regular amount without the discounts.

Thoughts?
