General bugfixes

Bug fixes (mainly tighter handling of MtGox replies for conversion handling)

Major improvements to the overall user experience, however notable changes are

- Bitcoin address created when the order is submitted.
- Ability to run your store in any currency and then pay in the equivalent BTC currency (With MtGox lookup)
- Small UI tweaks to make the experience a lot smoother

Huge improvements

- Integration with ubercart 3.x
- Fix some 6.x port bugs
- Use your existing currency to shop and then select bitcoin to checkout, will perform live exchange rate then you pay with bitcoin to the equivalent amount

General bug fix from github import,
- include bitcoin library
- some basic sanity checks
- fix include path for module requirements
