I upgraded to 2.2 without incident but on 2.3 i get a "Loading cart... in the frontend display, instead of the regular cart content.

I have upgraded and downgraded several times between the 2 versions and it is consistent.

I have the same problem. After updating it to 2.3 the Ajax cart block stopped working and now it shows only "Loading cart..."

Sorry, looks like it was because of my custom theme. I'm not sure what was causing this but tried several other themes and it works.
