I have my cart to be closed by default and stay closed b/w page loads. However, when a new page loads the cart is open for a microsecond and then snaps shut. Does anybody else see this?

that is beacause cart is hidden by jquery/javascript in this case. Scripts loads after everything else has been loaded.
