When editing or removing an affiliate commission, I received a fatal error indicating that uc_referer_uri() was not found.

I did not see this function in the codebase, so I modified the link path for 'Cancel' in uc_affiliate2.admin.inc.

uc_referer_uri() was in uc_store.module, but it seems to have been removed. patch committed.
