This function, modeled after uc_paypal_wpp_charge, does a void on an existing authorization through Paypal. We developed this function for use with another module, such as a refund module for canceled orders.

I re-rolled the patch with the proper format, and corrected it for coding standards. I haven't tried it because I don't use WPP, but lets see what the testbot has to say as a first step.
