Items in cart always in main language

Items in the cart are always in the language chosen during the Drupal installation. If I view my cart and change the language with the language switcher the item title and the link pointing to the item won't change (even though the cart interface changes to the current language). The same goes for the whole checkout process.

I changed the default language to test if items in the cart will now only display in the new default language. That wasn't the case, it seems the language chosen during the Drupal 8 installation is the "dominant factor".
