I am not sure what you mean by "multi-checkout", please explain!

Sorry not to describe exactly. I'm talking about multi-step checkout which means cart->shipping information->payments->review->place order. Now ubercart migrate shipping/payments in same page.

There are no plans for this in the near future; studies tend to show that single page checkout generally results in more sales. You can also hide the checkout panes you don't need and switch on the "Use collapsing checkout panes with Next buttons" option to simulate this to some extent, or write some similar custom JavaScript to collapse sets of panes.
