Sorry if I'm being a numpty and missing something obvious, but my block just shows "API Key or Secret missing for Twitter Feed."

You need to visit /admin/config/twitter_feed/settings and configure it.
The README.txt is missing that, and I'll add this as soon as I have some time.

It has a link to the twitter page where you get the API key.
