Drupal 9 compatibility [#3213930]

Attached patch adds D9 compatibility - core version requirement in info files and a #pre_render fix (has to use a class method).

replace "core:8.x" to core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 , patch based on https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2021-05-13/twig_components-D9.patch
