After adding an existing table to TW, and choosing the users table, when I go to Views->add, I am no longer able to make a user view. Instead, at the bottom of posssible views to create appears "array", and description "array".

I created a similar issue for Table Wizard v. 1.2, but my issued has been deleted, which made me assume it was fixed...

Can anyone else confirm this bug? Is there any chance it will be fixed?

hello,
i have the same issue;
when i add the "users" table within the "Tables" page of the tw module,
i have problems with views and warning are appearing when simply listing views.
it seems after adding manually the "users" table, two versions of the "User" table coexist in drupal,
that's why we see "array", there is an array with two possibilities for the users table.

i don't know how to fix it now, i simply manually removed the users tables,
but unfortunately, now i cannot create the relationships i wanted between user table and my custom tables.
hope this helps a bit

Duplicate of #617142: Horrible collisions of death when adding a table w/ same name as Drupal table or existing view. See the final comment there:

As far as I can see, to support this cleanly requires #576694: Enable views to handle external tables properly, allowing for joins across tables in different mysql databases to be committed to Views. If someone comes up with a Table Wizard patch to work around it, reopen this issue.
