When trying run the batch (3.2 and 3.x dev) after installing the module with "file entity" (latest dev & beta1) after 1-3 files the script stops and after reloading shows this notice:
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$metadata in file_entity_file_update() (line 102 of /sites/all/modules/entity-modules/file_entity/file_entity.file.inc).
