Releases for Transformations -- XML

First release of the XML Transformations module which was previously a part of Transformations core but has been split out for maintainability reasons. Apart from having moved to a separate module, the operations in here have been significantly extended to the point that they might actually be useful - you can now retrieve lists of XML elements with XPath, and modify existing elements also using some XPath help.
