User email address shows in from section of emails

For some reason, when a file is checked in and an email is sent to the user the email shows the other user's email address in the "from" section instead of the site email address. And the same goes for when the file is approved. And the body for the "check in approved" email doesn't show up at all. It's just completely blank. By the way, thank you for this module! It is exactly what I have been looking for! I just need to fix these little issues. Any suggestions?
