Problem/Motivation

The project title "tr_kurulum" is not expressive enough for the Drupal community and not search-friendly.

Proposed resolution

No objection to keep the short name as "tr_kurulum" but the long name which is seen on the home page might be something like "Turkish Drupal Distribution".

When I saw this issue I looked "Distributions". After that I looked at the first 10 page. I saw 7 different installation profiles in the first 10 page. If you look this installation profiles, usually they named them "xxx Installation Profile". I think, we can adapt them. Firstly, we will can name our local install profile "Turkish Installation Profile". Secondly, we will can link to this profile like "http://drupal.org/project/drupaltr". And finally we will have put English and Turkish description.
