Initial configuration errors; setting initialisation. [#1808226]

I have a preconfigured installation and want to install TouchPro as its theme, consequently I am unable to use the starter kit.
I added the prerequisite packages into the theme and module folders and enabled and set TouchPro as the default.
There are several errors but the most prominent is "Please visit the Arctica Configurator for touchpro and save the form. Some settings need to be initialized."
Please advise what is the"Artica Configurator for touchpro" refered to in this message?

I have saved the configuration on this page but this has no effect.

Please advise what action I should take.

Tokoh:

Click: Appearance --> (whichever theme you have enabled) | Settings

You should see a panel called "Arctica Configurator". You can make some adjustments and then save, or you can just click "Save Configuration" and that should set all the things it wants.

There is a section labeled:
Artic Configurator
touchpro 7.x-2.0
Arctica 7.x-2.0-beta1
I had previously tried just save configuration and it made no difference. So this time I changed the value of the base colour from #004D7D to #004D7E and then clicked Save Configuration.
The result:

As you can see there is an improvement. There are still error messages but they have been halved. There are errors indicated on lines 17 and 53.
Any further suggestions?
Is there any diagnostic information I can provide?
Are there any particular values that I might try changing?

Did you install both the Arctica and Tundra base themes? TouchPro uses 2 base themes. You also need to make sure you have the 2.x versions of all themes, 1.x and 2.x themes are not compatible with eachother.

The enabled theming components I have are:

TouchPro 7.x-2.0
Artica Core 7.x-2.0-beta1
Tudra 7.x-2.0

TouchPro is the default.

I do have some other themeing components enabled:
Arctica example subtheme 7.x-2.0-beta1
Seven 7.14
Skinr 7.x-2.0-beta1
TouchPro Example subtheme 7.x-2.0

Should I disable these, or will it make no difference?
