Releases for Total Subscription

This is a new major release.

Features introduced:

• New block "AND" added for subscribing on two taxonomy terms simultaneously. New admin tab added, and corresponding DB schema was updated too.
• Custom tokens was added to e-mail templates. Now you can put unsubscribe link to the any place in template.
• Subscribe URLs generation updated. URLs partially encoded, because it have more complex structure now.
• Some functional tests added.

Initial Stable Release of Total Subscription Module.
