When I visit:
/admin/help/token

I only receive the message:
List of the currently available tokens on this site

The rest is blank. Has anyone else experienced this? Wondering how to get my list of Tokens to show again.

I tested this on simplytest.me with token 7.x-1.x branch (based on the version in the issue), and it works just fine. Is the version correct?

I ask about the version because this was a bug in token 8.x but it has long been fixed. I am not sure if token 8.0-alpha1 has the fix though.
