tmgmt_oht 8.x-1.0-beta1

This is the first release for TMGMT OneHourTranslation 8.x.

This release includes all the improvements that have been added to the 7.x release:

* Use of XLIFF for exchanging texts reduces risk of missing structure
* Quotes, with display of required and available credits
* Languages and Expertise are fetched through the API and are always up t odate
* Ability to manually pull translations

And a few additional improvements on top of that that are possible with TMGMT 8.x, for example the Connect button and better performance due to caching.
