body text element attributes are not translated

When translating the following piece of HTML, the attributes alt and data-caption remain untranslated:
<img alt="This is not translated" data-align="center" data-caption="This is not translated either" src="/sites/default/files/inline-images/test.jpg" />

Note that this is likely an issue in the Microsoft translator itself, perhaps it can be configured on their end?
