Test Environment:
1. Multi-language: English, Japanese, Chinese (English is the default)
2. Entity Translation, Title modules are enabled
3. User Interface Language detection: all of the detection options(url, broswer...)
4. Content Language detection: browser only -> my browser language is Japanese
5. Enable Title/Body translation in Article content type.

Reproduce issue:
1. Create a new article in Japanese language.
2. Translate Title/Body to English
Then, you can see the language of title and body is different(title is English, body is Japanese, refer to the attached image)
Please take a look on the reproduce steps video to have more details.

Questions:
1. Is it correct behavior that title display English version(different with body language)?
-Even I switched user interface language, the title of English version did not changed.
2. Which language switch(user interface/content) should title language follow with?

Thank you.
