[patch] really add the existing "css/timeline.css"

Hi,
the module comes with a "css/timeline.css", but this CSS is not added by version 7.x-3.x-dev.
The attached patch fixes that.

Of course one could add Timeline CSS in a theme anyway, but if the module offers that CSS file, it should be applied (or removed from the code).
