This module adds a handler for the Time Tracking module that can support importing and exporting time entries via the Quickbooks API. Both of these modules are also required.

With everything installed and configured properly, you can:

  • Import Quickbooks customers as Drupal users or nodes using the User and Data modules provided by the Quickbooks API
  • Associate your Quickbooks Vendors and Employees with Drupal users, through the User module provided by the Quickbooks API
  • Track time on a standalone time tracking form, on a "Time tracking" tab on selected node types, or while posting comments on those nodes, through the tools provided by the Time Tracking module.
  • Import activities from your ServiceItem list and presenting them on the time tracking form as "activity" records.
  • Import and export the resulting time tracking entries, with correct associations to Customers, Employees, Activities, and timestamps into Quickbooks.

This means you can seamlessly integrate time tracking data provided by Drupal and other sources into Quickbooks, and generate timely and accurate invoices using a real accounting system.

This module is in the Advantage Labs petri dish. Please review our module maintenance policy before contacting the maintainer with questions on downloading or using this module.
