Release notes

First stable release of Theme by author module. Planned functionality of this module is quite final atm. Unless there are meaningful feature requests, this module is quite unlikely to change in the near future.

Compared to alpha1, we have added some hooks that allows other modules to provide an author, if none could have been determined, as well as altering the determined active theme.
