I uploaded the module, went to admin, clicked to enable the module and got the message:

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'content_copy_import_form' was given in /home/markreinhold/public_html/includes/form.inc on line 371.

The module shows as enabled, but I have no new testimonial content type under Create Content.

It does not appear to be working. This is my first attempt to install, so I don't know what should happen.

I got the same error when enabling the module under drupal 6.19.
The View and the admin links are created but it fails to add the new Content Type.
And it seems like the module is not supported by its uploader :(
