Need assistance enabling automated testing for Recipe module

Good afternoon! I'm sorry to bother you, but I need automated testing to be enabled for the Recipe module. I am a maintainer of the module, but I don't have the Git vetted user privilege. I saw that rfay enabled it for the Moopapi module last week. I hope you don't mind if I ask the same favor.
