This module allows administrators to select certain taxonomy vocabularies and prevent them from being deleted.
Use case:
I had a client that was using Taxonomy Access Control Lite, and accidentally deleted one of the vocabularies controlling access. That was bad. Our only option to fix it was to restore the site from a database backup from the night before (losing recent changes). Using this module, I can prevent this from happening in the future.
