I'm using D8 with Taxonomy manager 8.x-1.x-dev.
I can add bulk terms via taxonomy manager but the list only display 2 terms, it does not display the whole list of terms.

You can see on taxonomy term list that there are many other terms in this vocabulary but there are not displayed in the taxonomy manager UI:
