When trying to add a second parent to a term, the action overrides the existing parent. This was working properly in taxonomy_manager-7.x-1.0-rc2

Updated patch. Prevents user from adding a parent that already exists on the term.

Updated patch. When adding a parent to a term, the root entry in the hierarchy table should be updated. The previous patch allowed a term to have the root and another term as its parent at once.

While I still can't add a term to have root as parent and another term from the Taxonomy Manager module, #6 works for me to avoid loosing root as parent when saving the term.

Thansk a lot for the patch.
