It confirms that the terms have been added to the vocabulary, though.
I'm using version 6.x-2.2 of the module with Drupal 6.
Where should I start with trying to resolve this error? Will it cause problems if I try to use Taxonomy Manager regardless of the error message?

I get the error when using Garland or RootCandy. Garland is the default theme for the site itself at the moment.

jsp_1983 CreditAttribution: jsp_1983 commentedI think that perhaps the easiest thing to do is write off Taxonomy Manager as a module that doesn't work and find an alternative. It's not the end of the world if I can't get it to work!

RoyBatty CreditAttribution: RoyBatty commentedI have the same issue here, I use Pressflow 6.22 and MySql 5.1.54 and PHP 5.3.5-1ubuntu7.2. My server is Apache 2.2.17, and everything stands on Ubuntu Server. I use Garland theme. Screenshot attached.

bleen CreditAttribution: bleen commentedHaving the same problem on a fresh D6 site ... the only other module installed is tac_lite. I have used taxonomy manager successfully on dozens of other sites, so this may be the culprit
