This module provides a taxonomy terms export in CSV format for Drupal taxonomy terms 7 to 8 migration.
INSTALLATION:

1. Goto your Drupal site, path: sites/all/modules.
2. Enable the "Taxonomy export csv" module by navigating to:
administer > modules
CONFIGURATION:

1. Go to below URL:
admin/config/system/migrate_taxonomy
2. Select vocabulary and click "Export terms" button.
RESULT:

Download expected vocabulary terms in CSV format.
