I've just installed today's taxonomy_csv module on Drupal 7.22 and got the permissions shown (and am admin) and a little dialog.
But no taxonomy URL I can see of displays me an import or export URL.
In particular, I've tried admin/structure/taxonomy/import or admin/structure/taxonomy/import_csv which show 404.
I am administrator and permissions for administrator are checked.
I tried deinstalling and installing.
(I pute the module in drupal/modules if that may be relevant).
It would be good that the help mentions the paths introduced.

TravisJohnston CreditAttribution: TravisJohnston commentedOn a fresh drupal install, this worked. I believe you also need Taxonomy Menu Manager enabled. Will do more tests.

arnjelot CreditAttribution: arnjelot commentedI've tried everything I can think of. Too may to name as most were on a hunch but none panned out. I think this may associated with menu's for new content types not appearing under "content" or "structure"
Deleted content types are turned into "Add Content" links in the Navigation menu (but can only be seen by either querying the database (select * from menu_links where link_title = 'Add content') or listing all navigation links
I've been removing them directly from the database
Menus fix themselves sometimes when clearing cache, sometimes when saving modules (not changing anything, just clicking save)
