how to create a tab close to a node-add form

Hi, in one of my projects, I have this requirement to create two tabs:

- the first one is the actual node-add form
- the second one is a tab I want to add to display anoter way of adding a node.

As for a display purpose, I was looking at jquery-tabs to do it. But I'm stil wondering. Let's admit my custom module created a new tab menu going alongside the node/%node-type/add, how am I suppose to make this two tabs taking care of by the jquery tabs module?
