Hide columns as an option

We have now in the 7.x-3.x branch the possibility to have a table in tabular view rendered on a node and the same table as JSON in a service API. This is awesome to avoid data sync but sometimes the service needs certain data that should not be in the table in tabular view for example to have values to make calculation with on a mobile app.

This brings in the need to hide selected columns in tabular view. Ideal would be have optionally a radio button above each column.

It can also used for other purposes e.g. having a column with notes that are only intended for content editors, e.g. with instructions.
