Add support for language-specific entity lookup.
- Issue #3159561 by JeroenT: Creating system tags on Drupal 9 results in a fatal error because of missing config_export
- Remove unnecessary composer.json - Changed core dependency to 8.8
A new submodule was created which allows a frontender to override specific templates (html, page and node) based on system tags.
Fixed: - #2906585: ServiceCircularReferenceException when executing drush cim
New feature: - Added possibility to retrieve a single tagged entity. This will be the last changed entity, in the current language, for a certain tag.
