currently there is an error on site/admin/settings/swfobject_api
as;
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _swfobject_api_settings() in /home/sites/all/modules/swfobject_api/swfobject_api.module on line 46

might be related to the same issue

just comment out line 46 of swfobject_api.module

that line must be a left over from a previous version. weird.
