Block settings "Show on only the listed pages" not recognizing sub-path URL alias

Greetings,

I'm trying to run a block only on a sub-path URL alias by choosing the "Show on only the listed pages." option in the blocks editor. While the URL displays as the correct alias, the block settings do not recognize it and the block does not show as intended. Has anyone run into this before, and if so, if you can lend any insight into how to overcome this issue it is appreciated.
