Release notes

Developed as a collaborative effort with Workbench Moderation (requires the 2.x branch).
An entity agnostic State Flow Entity was created. State Flow has become State Flow Node. State Flow Node depends on State Flow Entity.
Uses Drafty to ensure consistent revision handling.
