Hi,
I think there is something wrong with the starterkit zip file. When i installed the starterkit none of the modules are installed. Also i can not find the modules directory in the /sites/all directory. Only the themes directory is there.
When, after installation, you get redirected to the site a page 404 is thrown, and a list of warnings.:

ericwenger commentedAfter installation, go to admin > appearance and choose the Arti theme. It is already under enabled themes, but for some reason no theme is chose as the default, thus the error messages.
Also, the Nitro module is not included, you'll need to download from: http://drupal.org/project/nitro
Even after these 2 additional steps, it is still not working right. The content blocks are displayed, but the layout is not right.
