sgParent margin treatment in the squaregrid framework (left-margin:0) can result in leaving a narrower area for child sg- divs.

Considered fixes:

* Define sg-x.sgParent sizes that are wider to accommodate child divs
* Define .sgParent .sg-x classes to have left-margin: 0

I will incorporate this into 7.x-2.x-dev and roll that into 7.x-2.3.
