Integrates the Spatial Solr Plugin, Location and Apache Solr modules.

Provides postal code and radius fields on the apachesolr_search page to filter and order results. Currently supports one location per node. Patches to schema.xml and solrconfig.xml for apachesolr 1.0-rc5 are provided in the latest version.
