Releases for Spamagement

Initial release, with two basic capabilities:

• Provides a configuration option that when set creates a watchdog entry every time someone successfully registers to the site. This information is potentially useful in reporting spammers to third-party prevention services.
• Provides an action (which can be leveraged via Views Bulk Operations) which takes a node, looks up its user, and deletes all content and comments by that user, reporting to Mollom in the process, and then deletes the user.
