Hello.
In socialmedia.widgets.inc, line 212, the share button of Facebook shows the title "Visit foobar on Facebook" but it should be something like "Share on Facebook" because it's a sharing widget, if I'm not wrong. If I'm right, in that line you could maybe do:

---title="' . $title . '"
+++title="[?link-text=Share on Facebook?]"
