Since there are already the grunge and clean icon packs from Ar-bent-ing and there is a growing need for flat social media icons, adding the flat design from http://arbent.net/blog/flat-social-media-circles-icon-set in the mix seems reasonable.

The patch is pretty straightforward. The only thing that seems to have changed in this icon pack is the name of the twitter icon.
