This is the first fully supported release of SMTP module!

Major features
* Ties in with PHPMailer Library
* Works with Mailsystem module
* Allows using any SMTP server

Only incidental changes have been made since RC3, including requiring Drupal 8.8+ This module is also compatible with Drupal 9.
