Taxonomy terms unable to change default language

When using Entity Translation default settings to handle default language, we are allowing the user's default language to be passed to the newly created term's language. There is code in smartling.taxonomy.inc that overrides any setting we change, and forces all new terms to use the site's default language from variable. I have provided a patch to prevent this.
