Opt into security coverage

Problem/Motivation

This project has not yet opted into security coverage. It should do so.

Proposed resolution

Provided one of the maintainers has the access to do so, opting in is as simple as clicking a check box. Recognize that it does constitute a commitment to respond to potential security issues in a timely manner and following a prescribed process, however.
